September 24, 2026: PECO RFP – REMINDER: Part 2 Proposals Due TODAY, September 24th by 12 PM EPT!
An RFP Bidder that submitted a successful Part 1 Proposal for PECO’s September 2026 Solicitation under DSP VI may submit a Part 2 Proposal. All Part 2 Proposals must be received by the Independent Evaluator by 12 PM (noon) EPT TODAY, Thursday, September 24th, 2026. No late Part 2 Proposals will be accepted under any circumstances.
The Part 2 Form is available to be completed online here (https://www.dspproposal.com/users/sign_in).
In addition to completing the form, the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be submitted as an electronic PDF file via electronic means to the Independent Evaluator at PECOProcurement@nera.com.
