March 10, 2026: PECO RFP – ANNOUNCEMENT: Bid Submission Window is Now Open!
The bid submission window for the March 2026 Solicitation under PECO’s DSP VI opens TODAY, Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 10 AM and closes at 12 PM (noon) EPT. Bids must be submitted by the noon deadline to be considered. You must log in to the secure file website using the confidential information (with the orange border) issued on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
Your Confidential Information for the Bid Date was provided to you with your Part 1 Notification on Thursday, February 26, 2026.The Bid Form to be used on the Bid Date was reissued and provided to you on March 6, 2026. You must use this reissued Bid Form to submit your Bids on the Bid Date.
Please check that you have the necessary materials to submit your Bid. If these materials have been misplaced or if the security of this information has been compromised, please contact the Independent Evaluator by email at PECOProcurement@nera.com IMMEDIATELY so that we may re-issue this information in advance of the bid window.

The Independent Evaluator will notify RFP Bidders of Bids that will be provided to the Commission as winning Bids by phone by 3:00 PM EPT on the Bid Date. The Independent Evaluator will endeavor to also provide written confirmation by 3:00PM EPT; however, it is possible that written confirmation will be provided after that time.
