Welcome to PECO Energy Company's ("PECO") Web site for the purchase of full requirements products and energy blocks for its Default Service Program.
Default Supply is procured for each of four classes of customers (residential, small commercial, medium commercial, and large commercial and industrial) and for various supply periods.
PECO's competitive bidding process to meet a portion of its obligations as Default Service Provider comprises two Requests for Proposals ("RFPs"). The first RFP is for the procurement of full requirements service on a fixed-price basis ("Fixed-Price Default Supply") as well as for the procurement of full requirements service with energy priced to the PJM day-ahead spot market ("Spot-Price Default Supply"). The second RFP is for the procurement of blocks of energy for the residential class.
This Web site is managed by the Independent Evaluator, NERA Economic Consulting ("NERA"). This Web site will serve as the primary source of up-to-date information and documents related to the PECO solicitations. Please check back often for current information and documents.
